Job Summary

Job Description :

  1. Retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Ideally, become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
  2. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  3. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  4. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  7. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  8. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Education

  • Graduate/Post Graduate

Remarks

Should have working knowledge and experience of working on B2B Logistics, freight Forwarding, or Tech logistics Company

Working Experience

Logistics Industry (Ex-CMA-CGM, Maersk, Hapag, etc) Shipping Line or NVOCC’s. Represented industries in the FMCG, Telecom, Freight or 3PL/4PL spaces, Tech Logistics
